Animal House

Animal House takes place on an Earth where other animals also have evolved humanoid-type but are rare and often they live in more rural areas. This series follows a group that lives in Northern California and their experiences being bullied by the TechBro Landgrab LLC company who has moved into the area and is buying up all the land to develop into suburb housing. There is also a fun loving construction worker human who is employed by the TechBro LandGrab LLC, named Scooter. He owns a construction and "Roofin'" company as he calls it. He's a little bit slow like fun characters like Peter Griffin and quickly meets the humanoid animal house folk and they become friends....after a rough start with one of the animal house folk.
