The Animal-Folk of the Animal House are hanging out and watching the Atlanta Falcons Football game discussing the new development company, Techbro Landgrab LLC, buying up and developing property when their friend Nick the Parakeet comes stumbling into the house terrified. Nick recounts a story of meeting one of the humans (the animal folk have never met a human before) and how terrifying he is and how he was out to kill him and take their land. The other animals laugh it off and joyously get ready to go outside and play... However, later the construction man named Scooter returns to the house to get Nick...or does he?
